By accessing educrux.in or using EduCruxAI products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service Description
EduCruxAI provides school management software including web administration, parent mobile applications, and public school websites. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.
Account Responsibilities
Schools are responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining credential security, and ensuring data entered into the platform is accurate and lawfully obtained.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
EduCruxAI, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by Inficrux AI Solutions. Schools retain ownership of their data and content uploaded to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Schools should maintain appropriate backups of critical data.
